Appointments

Texas Advanced Renal Health is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm

 

Please note that our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas

For your convenience, we offer the following methods to schedule your appointments:

  • Online scheduling: To request appointment availability, please click here to fill out the form. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
  • Call our office at 972-548-4833
  • Email us with your preferred date or day of the week and time range, and our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
  • Completed new patient forms
  • List of current medications and medical conditions
  • Any previous records from primary care, hospitalization or specialists.

Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule.

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise that are out of our control. If you miss an appointment, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at a date and time that fits your needs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please get in touch with us 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation or no-show fee. 

Arrival more than 15 minutes after a scheduled appointment will be subject to a $25 late arrival fee.

Appointment reminders will be sent out 4 days in advance to confirm or cancel your appointment

  • Take your full medical history 
  • Perform a comprehensive physical exam 
  • Discuss previous or recent labs, blood tests, and relevant radiological studies. 
  • Discuss evidence-based and up to date therapeutic treatment plans tailored to your condition
